Troy Schell received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History from the University of Arizona in 1997. He received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2000 and is a current member of the California State Bar. Troy has over a decade of experience helping healthcare providers succeed in the highly regulated industry of healthcare.

His experience includes setting up medical practices, negotiating agreements, and navigating state and federal fraud and abuse laws. In addition, Troy is an experienced medical staff attorney providing advice and counsel to medical staffs, MECs, and Governing Boards. This includes, but is not limited to credentialing, granting and termination of privileges, disruptive practitioner behavior, and representing individual physicians or MEC in Fair Hearings. He also is responsible for reviewing and revising medical staff bylaws and rules and regulations for compliance with current standards.
